What we love about Evergrowth’s story is how they help startups thrive. Led by Jean-Baptiste (JB) Daguené, a co-founder and partner, Evergrowth got its starts as an in-house incubator of a European venture capital company called Practica Capital.
Evergrowth took on startup companies that were not within Practica’s expertise. That’s how he found the niche to accelerate B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. JB found it to be an exciting opportunity to help a new set of clients change their sales process and grow.
A CRM was part of his plan to not only expand his new business but to help his startup clients grab hold of every opportunity. JB explained to us that other CRM features he finds useful include CRM integrations with Google and Excel. He also pointed out the Agenda feature makes sales leaders’ jobs easier by enabling customized filters and columns. JB said other CRMs are so much more limited in how data is displayed.
He also told us how sales people think.
“Salespeople are great individuals but they’re also very stubborn. They don’t like to change so you have to offer and train on a CRM that is very flexible to their needs and wants.”
