Tell us a little bit more about DependableIT and your industry.

 DependableIT relies on their PipelineDeals CRM for their sales process. 

At DependableIT we pride ourselves on delivering world class customer experiences during every contact. Our suite of services includes, but is not limited to, customer service, inbound sales, technical support, and premium technical support.

We’ve been in business for 15 years and the business process outsourcing environment is highly competitive. Over the past seven years, we’ve really excelled in the industry and won multiple Service Quality Management Awards. 2013 was an amazing year for us. We won both Vendor of the Year and Contact Centre of the Year Platinum from the ICSA (International Customer Service Association).

What are some of the unique challenges and problems that you have with sales?

Our sales cycle tends to be fairly lengthy. PipelineDeals has enabled us to ensure that all our timelines are kept clean, follow-ups and check-ins are completed as necessary, and that we get a clear snapshot of where we are compared to where we want to be on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. Our sales team has tripled in size since last year.
