Here at PipelineDeals, we built our business around finding ways to save time, get organized and win more deals. One feature our customers have requested is improving the way tasks are managed in PipelineDeals. Last week, we released a new feature that allows users to add multiple tasks to their to-do list in one action.
How does it work? Tasks can be added in many ways in PipelineDeals. Click here to learn more about adding tasks. While the workflow previously allowed for adding only one task at a time, this new feature allows you to add a task to multiple people, deals or companies at the same time.
The workflow looks something like this: imagine your national sales manager is coming to town and would like to visit key accounts in the area. You want to schedule a task to call on every account that meets a certain criteria – revenue potential, city and state, etc. Filter on the accounts that meet your criteria and click on the box in the top left corner of the list view. Next, click perform actions on selected companies/deals/people and create a task to call on those accounts. In just a few easy steps, you’ve organized your on-site visits. You can use the time you just saved to impress your national sales manager!
