PipelineDeals Pile-In – Announcing Our Team Meeting in Seattle

PipelineDeals will shift support hours on January 20 – 22 to accommodate our team that will be at our Seattle office. Learn more about why we’re bringing the team to Seattle next week.

A hard working, fun, and supportive work culture has always been a part of PipelineDeals DNA. When we decided to become a bicoastal company several years ago, we wanted to maintain the collaborative relationships we built as a startup. Tools like company chat, Google Hangouts, and file sharing help, but sometimes there is no replacement for working together face-to-face.

This upcoming week January 19 – 23, 2015, all 24 PipelineDeals team members will converge on our new headquarters in Seattle, WA for a PipelineDeals Pile-In. For one week, we’ll be selling, marketing, engineering, and supporting PipelineDeals from our office outside of Pikes Place market. We’re excited to bring the team together to work face-to-face, and we’ve planned lots of Seattle-centric events for our east coast team members.

With all of our customer support staff in Seattle for the week, we will be shifting support hours for Tuesday, January 20 through Thursday, January 22. Phone and email support hours will be limited to:

  • Tuesday, January 20, 8AM PT – 4:30PM PT

  • Wednesday, January 21, 8AM PT – 4:30PM PT

  • Thursday, January 22, 8AM PT – 4:30PM PT

We will have normal support hours on Monday, January 19 and Friday, January 23.

We appreciate your patience and flexibility during this week. Getting the team together is incredibly valuable to us and helps us maintain our great company culture.
