PipelineDeals Shines in 2015 G2 Crowd CRM Review
PipelineDeals joins CRM Leader category in G2 Crowd’s review of 2015 CRM software providers.
We’re pleased to announce that G2 Crowd, a leading business software review platform, recently released their 2015 satisfaction Grid for CRM software. The Grid measures nearly 50 CRM providers on their market leadership and the satisfaction of their users as measured by G2 Crowd reviews. 2015 was a busy year for the PipelineDeals product team including the launch of a number of significant integrations. These efforts were recognized by the market and by G2 Crowd with PipelineDeals improving it’s ranking from 2014. This year’s rankings put PipelineDeals ahead of such players like Salesforce, Hubspot and Base in overall customer satisfaction.
The latest ratings show that our dedication to providing a CRM that sales professionals will find useful continues to be the right path. Too many CRMs today are weighted down with clunky features that are are meant to provide information to management, but make the platform difficult and cumbersome to use for salespeople working in the field on mobile devices. While PipelineDeals provides robust and customizable reporting features, it’s focus will always be on helping those practicing sales on a daily basis.
