It’s an honor indeed. Gartner is the world’s leading research and advisory company. The analyst firm is known for indispensable insights and technology advice.

In the post, Travis blogs that Gartner found a wide range of offerings for this year’s Magic Quadrant. This includes CRM companies that manage complex B2C sales processes to highly functional applications suitable for small sales teams.

We love being known as the most adoptable CRM for the SMB market. That’s why maintaining a position as a Niche Player was great news for our team.  It’s also the third year in a row we’ve earned this recognition. Our position keeps improving. In fact, the evaluation for the Gartner Magic Quadrant was based on PipelineDeals’ Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision.
