In the post, Travis blogs that Gartner found a wide range of offerings for this year’s Magic Quadrant. This includes CRM companies that manage complex B2C sales processes to highly functional applications suitable for small sales teams.
We love being known as the most adoptable CRM for the SMB market. That’s why maintaining a position as a Niche Player was great news for our team. It’s also the third year in a row we’ve earned this recognition. Our position keeps improving. The report also offers insight into where the CRM industry is going. According to Garner analysts, the sales force automation market grew 15.7% to $6.2 billion in 2017. Embedded predictive analytics is now a common capability from the leading SFA vendors.
