We recently celebrated our 8-year anniversary of developing, delivering, and zealously supporting PipelineDeals CRM. We’ve grown immensely since our humble beginnings in West Chester, PA, and we work hard to maintain a fun and collaborative culture.
Now that we’re a bicoastal company with offices in Wayne (PA) and Seattle, and remote employees in rural Ohio and northeast Pennsylvania, we believe it’s more important than ever to ensure we’re building a great culture to build great software.
One way that we build culture is with our yearly company summits. This year, we will be meeting as a company in Jackson Hole, WY from June 1 through June 7 to celebrate new staff, great software, and get some R&R. Summit is a great chance for our staff to meet together face-to-face and bond.
During our company summit on June 2 – June 6, our normal customer support hours will be limited. There will be limited email support during business hours. There will not be regular phone support or chat support during the week.
Our core values at PipelineDeals are based around the adjective yeoman, which means “performed or rendered in a loyal, valiant, useful, or workmanlike manner, especially in situations that involve a great deal of effort or labor.” Our staff truly exemplifies a yeoman spirit, and summit is our chance to take a deep breath as a company. Rest assured that we’ll be back creating and supporting great software on June 9th. We love what we do, and we want our customers to love PipelineDeals too.
