PipelineDeals Team to Connect & Recharge at Annual Summit

PipelineDeals will have limited support the week of July 20 – 23 while we attend our company summit in Santa Barbara, CA. Learn more about why we hold an annual summit to build and maintain our company culture.

2015 has been an eventful year for the team at PipelineDeals. We closed our series A round of funding in January 2015 and hired new engineering, support, and sales people. The new members of the team have helped us continue to provide a high level of support as our company grows. We also launched our sales productivity platform Accelerator this year. Accelerator is a powerful email tracking toolset & business process automation system to decrease your time to close new deals.

As our company grows, it’s crucial for us to maintain our collaborative and fun culture. One way we do that is with our company chat HipChat and our office “windows” that join our main offices in Seattle, WA & Exton, PA. Another way we celebrate our team is with happy hours, trivia, and game nights. With offices on the west and east coast, and remote team members in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Montreal, we aim to get small groups of the team together as frequently as possible.

There is something unique though about getting the company together in one place. That’s why the entire company travels each year to an annual summit in a unique and fun place. This year, our summit will be held in Santa Barbara, CA from July 20 – 23.

The purpose of hosting an annual summit goes beyond simply getting team members to meet one another in person. Summit gives the team an opportunity to develop deeper ties with team members across departments. Also, summit gives our leadership team an opportunity to make major announcements and honor an employee of the year (our Yeoman of the Year award). Finally, summit is a chance to get some R&R and have some fun.

During our company summit on July 20 – 23, our normal customer support hours will be limited. There will be limited email support during business hours. There will not be regular phone support or chat support during the week.

 Our yearly summit is our chance to take a deep breath as a company. Rest assured that we’ll be back creating and supporting great software on July 24.
